Payment Terms and Cancellations

RETREAT PRICING

All prices are per person and are set well in advance of the retreat start date. Prices include retreat costs only; they do not include travel costs to and from the retreat.

RETREAT PAYMENT & DEPOSIT

There is a $250 deposit payment in order to secure your spot at the retreat to be paid by credit card via the website. All deposit payments are non-refundable. 

Shortly after you finish your registration, you will receive an email with information on how to pay the remaining balance either by credit card or Zelle. The remaining balance can be paid in full, or in two installments.  

Final Payment is due 30 days before the retreat. If full payment is not received by this deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and fill your spot. We will make every effort to avoid this situation by contacting you prior to and on the day of the balance due date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 75 days or more prior to the start of the retreat, you receive: 100% refund, minus credit card fees.

  • 89-60 days prior to the start of the retreat, you receive: 60% credit toward another retreat within 12 months or the option to transfer your spot.

  • Fewer than 45 days prior to the start of the retreat, you receive: no refunds or credits. We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc), however, we have costs already incurred when providing accommodations and retreat services. Therefore we strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance to protect your investment. 

Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. 

If you wish to cancel your retreat you must notify Lauren & Ashley in writing via email at retreatsbylaurenandashley@gmail.com . Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for ANY reason, including weather, terrorism, civil unrest, health changes, personal emergencies or otherwise. 

TRANSFER POLICY

Retreat bookings can  be transferred to another individual in the event the original client cannot attend. This must be done in writing, via email to Lauren & Ashley at retreatsbylaurenandashley@gmail.com. Clients should attempt to find a replacement for their spot on the retreat. We will assist in finding a replacement, however until a replacement is found, there will be no refund for the money paid and the deposit remains non-refundable.

IF WE CANCEL THE RETREAT

In the highly unlikely event that we cancel the retreat, will refund you all deposits and payments you have paid. We are not responsible for any expenses or damages incurred as a result of retreat cancellation including preparation costs, airline tickets, travel documents or other expenses. Again, to cover these risks, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.
