Posing It Forward: A Journey to Self Love and Empowered Community
Ashley is the founder of Living Lotus Yoga, a space devoted to living well — from the inside out.
Through yoga, meditation, retreat, and soul-led coaching, she supports women in reconnecting with themselves, regulating their nervous systems, and building lives rooted in self-trust rather than pressure.
Her work is grounded in the belief that well-being isn’t something to earn or optimize — it’s something to remember. Ashley blends heart-centered yoga, mindfulness, Human Design, and intuitive coaching to help clients slow down, uncover blind spots, and come home to what feels authentic and sustainable for them.
After navigating her own seasons of healing, burnout, and recalibration, Ashley teaches from lived experience. She understands that growth doesn’t always look like doing more — sometimes it looks like choosing yourself, honoring your energy, and creating rituals that support you through every chapter.
Whether she’s guiding a class, holding space in community, or working 1:1, Ashley’s approach is gentle, honest, and deeply human. Her work invites you to soften the noise, trust your inner wisdom, and live well — not perfectly, but intentionally, with devotion.
The first time I unrolled a Yoga mat wasn’t pretty. Out of pure emotional necessity, I ambled my way through a beginner’s routine—something to quiet the anxiety that had come to pervade my daily experience.
As clunked my way through the Lotus, Downard Dog, and Happy Baby poses, I found myself questioning if I was even sitting, breathing, and moving correctly. Self-doubt was a familiar territory, and it had followed me once again. Yet, something happened on the mat that day. Love opened a small window through which I would climb into the full knowing of my being.
“That wasn’t so bad,” I thought to myself an hour later. “My neck feels a lot better. I could do this again.”
This was the first positive thing I thought about myself in a long time.
Studying and practicing yoga led me to become more physically and emotionally healthy. The positive results were shocking. With a little time and a dose of discipline, the girl who feared her shadow was transformed into a woman standing tall in the light.
As the founder of Living Lotus Yoga, it’s now an honor to use my skills as a certified Yoga Instructor to help others achieve life-changing results.

In addition to being a certified Yoga Instructor, I also hold certificates in Trauma Informed Yoga & Art Therapy, and Yin Yoga, as well as a master’s degree in education.
