Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this session is designed for all levels, with soothing poses to release tension and connect with your body and mind. The sound of the waves, the cool ocean breeze, and the breathtaking sunset create the perfect environment for deep relaxation and mindfulness.
